Come Grow with us! Established primary care OD to join our team! A practice emphasizing a great environment combined with individual growth, a modern facility and tremendous earning potential. Specialties include contact lenses, ocular urgency and emergency, glaucoma and ocular surface disease. TBI and BV challenges are part of our diagnostic challenges in additon to a wide range of primay care patients.

The best canidate(s) will be personable, possess a strong sense of team as well asa practice building mindset. You present as a confident and competent clinician who is able to manage a wide range of conditions.

We provide you with a solid infrastructure consisting of established systems, back- up of experienced colleagues and the assistance of competent professional technicians. The primary center is in suburban East Providence, 3 miles outside of downtown Providence is complementd by 4centers in surrounding towns in safe communites with easy acces.

Presently6+ ODs practice in a team setting. Whether based at our primary center or one of the satellite locations, each a spacious state- of
-the- art facility consistent with the community where they were founded. We serve a largely professional and employed patient base presenting with the eye care and vision care needs of a vibrant demographic. Appointments are scheduled at 20 to 30 minute intervals allowing ODs to work comfortably and with a steady patient flow. In addition to planned comprehensive eye care, patient schedules are sprinkled with true eye care emergencies and new patient visits.

We design your schedule and hours according to your personal preference. Designed around a 18 to 24 patients day with technician work- ups creates a nice patient flow and optical support.

Caring colleagues, competent staff and solid systems provide a patient flow model that adds greatly to your overall experience. Combining this flexibility with a great patient base, spacious exam rooms, technology and Compulink helps build a special opportunity!

While our base package is in the 160K range, our top producers flirt with 185 K to 200 K including profit share and often working less than 40 hours per week. Residency trained, or experience ODs would do well here. We also can support a new graduate.

Emphasis is placed on how to work smarter, provide exceptional people and patient management, ongoing learning andgrowingyour patient and specialty base, referrals and something special along the way. The base compensation offers HSA, 401k, CE and PTO, health and dental.
