Rhino Medical is  leading the charge  seeking  ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians  for an  ongoing locum tenens assignment  covering two regional hospital sites in  Rhode Island .

This dual-site opportunity offers cross-credentialing at both emergency departments within the same health system, providing schedule flexibility, strong specialty backup, and state-of-the-art emergency medicine facilities designed for efficient, patient-centered care.

Duration:  Long-term (6+ months, ongoing)

Credentialing:  Temporary privileges available for clean files

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time availability | Day, swing, and night shifts available

Shift Options:

7a–3p | 2p–11p | 3p–11p | 9p–7a | 11p–7a

Flexible 10–12 hour shifts available for locums

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification:  ABEM or AOBEM (required)

Licensure:  Active and unrestricted Rhode Island medical license

Certifications:

ACLS required

Additional Requirements:

Completion of 8-hour stroke CME

Two-part PPD test

Experience:

Minimum 2 years post-residency emergency medicine experience
