Stewardship Reporting Officer

The Stewardship Reporting Officer produces reports that inform donors about the impact of their giving in clear, specific, and meaningful ways. The officer partners with campus stakeholders to collect and curate content for standardized donor reporting, and serves as a primary contact for Advancement colleagues seeking to report on donor impact. The role involves leveraging tools and technology to enhance efficiency, scalability, sustainability, and donor relevance.

• Produce standardized, data‑driven donor reports that showcase impact.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to gather and curate content.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Advancement colleagues regarding donor reporting.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline reporting processes.
• Maintain accuracy, detail, and timely delivery of reports.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project coordination, digital marketing, fundraising, nonprofit, or communications.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Google environments, including calendar and project management tools and web platforms.
• Excellent written, oral communication, and proofreading skills; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑starter with proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience supporting project workflows and meeting established milestones.
• Interpersonal skills for working with multiple stakeholders; discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to comply with University graphic standards and communication style guides.
• Organizes resources, sets priorities, and demonstrates creativity and problem‑solving ability.

• Experience in data reporting and/or digital marketing.
• Ability to design and execute complex mail merge operations.
• Experience working in a university or nonprofit setting.
• Experience working closely with frontline fundraisers.
• Knowledge of CRM (Blackbaud) and Adobe (preferred).
