Essential Duties

* Teach courses in Management.

* Advise undergraduate students.

* Participate in College and Departmental activities and committees.

Occasional Duties

* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chair of the Management Department.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

* Ability to teach required courses in the Management Program; demonstrated record of teaching experience required.

* Ability to engage in professional activities.

* Ability to contribute to the curricular, assessment, and advising work of the Department and its programs.

Required Qualifications

* Ph.D or DBA in Management or a related field or Master's degree and actively engaged in pursuit of an appropriate accredited terminal degree in an appropriate field of study.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and mentoring a diverse student population.

* Willingness to adopt a leadership role.

Environmental Conditions

Teaching/instruction is performed in a traditional classroom setting or online.
