Position Overview
Candidates who have an earned master’s degree or equivalent and are pursuing a terminal degree but have not yet completed their terminal degree by the date of appointment may be considered for appointment at the rank of instructor.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in Management.
- Participate in College and Departmental activities and committees.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chair of the Management Department.
- Ability to teach required courses in the Management Program; demonstrated record of teaching experience required.
- Ability to engage in professional activities.
- Ability to contribute to the curricular, assessment, and advising work of the Department and its programs.
- Ph.D or DBA in Management or a related field or Master’s degree and actively engaged in pursuit of an appropriate accredited terminal degree in an appropriate field of study.
- Experience working with and mentoring a diverse student population.
- Willingness to adopt a leadership role.
Teaching/instruction is performed in a traditional classroom setting or online.
