This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a pass-along function. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment choices are grounded in sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not filling seats.
The objective is strategic fit.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service sectors outside conventional schooling: independent schools, competitive programs, upscale hospitality, executive administration, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly managed premium client experiences from start to finish. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently recruiting in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing- Managing the entire enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
- Facilitating exploratory discussions to evaluate alignment before proposing solutions or advising on pathways forward.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-through.
- Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment dialogues that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring precise CRM documentation and enrollment data integrity (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, workflow prioritization, and service excellence.
- Employing transactional or aggressive conversion methods.
- Accepting families who lack alignment solely to achieve enrollment targets.
- Supervising a sizable team or navigating complex hierarchical structures.
- Splitting accountability for the family journey across multiple stakeholders.
- Operating remotely. This role is intentionally campus-centered.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that secures well-matched families while safeguarding the credibility and academic performance of the Alpha framework.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years providing tailored, premium-level service in settings where quality of experience directly influences organizational reputation (education, upscale hospitality, executive support, exclusive membership, or owner-managed services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through final onboarding.
- Track record of concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization framework.
- Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you counseled against your offering when it was not suitable.
- Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clientele.
