• Active Teaching Assistant Certification, or an Associate’s Degree or higher
• Experience supporting school-aged children (K–12) is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to work under supervision and follow school protocols
• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to respond positively to changing classroom environments

• Provide educational and behavioral support to students, following individualized learning plans
• Assist lead teachers with instructional activities, small group work, and classroom management

• Support students with special needs, as directed by certified educators
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure student success
