As an integral part of our team, the Facilitator will leverage their unique abilities to develop lessons that respect and honor our students' experiences, promoting a culture of mutual respect and high expectations. The role is designed to foster independent, creative problem‑solving skills in our students, thus redefining the traditional teaching model and aiding in the actualization of our students' full potential.

- Participate in staff meetings and actively engage in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and Common Planning Time (CPT) to collaboratively achieve common goals influencing student achievement.
- Engage families and community partners to support student learning.
- Prioritize the creation and maintenance of a respectful, collaborative learning environment.
- Commit to eliminating student proficiency gaps and improving overall student achievement.

Job Requirements- Current and active Rhode Island State Secondary Certification.
- Current B.C.I.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with urban teaching experience preferred.
- Bilingual applicants and dual certification in MLL are strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, parents, and the public.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
