• Teach Kindergarten in English as part of a 50/50 dual language program, collaborating closely with the Spanish‑side Kindergarten teacher.
• Build a joyful, engaging, and structured learning environment that supports literacy, numeracy, and social‑emotional skills.
• Incorporate culturally responsive practices that affirm students’ identities and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with colleagues across grade levels to strengthen our whole‑child approach.
• Partner with families to create strong home‑school connections.

• A love of teaching Kindergarten and a deep belief in the potential of every child.
• Commitment to bilingual education and enthusiasm for working in a dual language setting (Spanish fluency not required).
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, and a positive, team‑oriented spirit.
• Rhode Island teacher certification (or eligibility) in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
