Head Of School
The Head Of School serves as the chief executive and educational leader of all school-age programs in two states (Rhode Island and Massachusetts), responsible for advancing the institution's mission, ensuring academic excellence, and overseeing all operational aspects of schools covering grades pre-K to 12+.
This role directly supervises:
- Head Of The Carter School (grades 9 to 12+)
- Head Of The Grace School (grades K to 8 including Rhode Island Pre-K)
- Head Of The Schwartz School (grades pre-K to 12+)
- Director Of Special Education (grades pre-K to 12+)
- Rhode Island Pre-K

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in education, leadership, or related field
- Valid certification from RIDE and MA-DESE as a School Administrator or Superintendent
- Significant leadership experience in K–12 education (preferably both public and private or independent school)
- Experience managing multiple academic leaders, schools or campuses
