OVERVIEW The Program Manager, International Medical Exchange supports and manages Brown University’s international medical student program activities within the Division of Biology and Medicine. The role focuses on the end-to-end experience for incoming international students and outgoing Brown medical and undergraduate student participants. This position works across multiple areas including advising, enrollment, recruitment, partnership coordination, and collaboration with offices connected to global engagement and international student services.

Key

responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of Brown University’s international medical student programs
  • Facilitate the end-to-end experience for incoming international students and outgoing Brown medical and undergraduate students
  • Manage application and placement processes
  • Provide student advising support
  • Support recruitment for international programs
  • Conduct program evaluation activities
  • Coordinate travel safety efforts
  • Manage international partnerships
  • Support MOU execution
  • Oversee program budgets
  • Collaborate with the Office of Global Engagement
  • Collaborate with the Office of International Student and Scholar Services
Requirements
  • Experience managing international medical student programs
