ESL Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher at the elementary level to provide English language instruction and support to students in elementary school. The ideal candidate is flexible, culturally responsive, and able to tailor instruction to meet the varying language proficiency levels and developmental needs of students across age groups. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging ESL lessons aligned with school curriculum and language proficiency standards, assessing students' English proficiency and language development through formal and informal tools, collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate language support within content areas, maintaining detailed records of student progress and communicating regularly with parents and guardians, creating a safe, inclusive, and language-rich learning environment, participating in professional development and school-wide initiatives, and supporting language acquisition and academic achievement for English learners at all grade levels.
