Offshore Construction Manager – Cable Lay

Overview

We’re supporting a major U.S. offshore wind project and are seeking experienced Offshore Construction Managers to oversee the cable lay and installation scope
. This is a contract role scheduled to begin in April
, with rotations expected to be 4–6 weeks on / 4–6 weeks off (TBC).

Rotation: 4–6 weeks on/off

Please note: Due to vessel requirements,
only U.S. citizens or Green Card holders will be considered.

• Analyze, recommend, and optimize offshore installation strategies, logistics concepts, and procedures
• Oversee cable lay and installation activities during offshore execution
• Provide progress updates, highlight technical risks, and develop contingency plans
• Manage Client Representatives and review QA daily progress reports
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, and installation methodologies

• Proven experience in offshore cable lay and installation projects
• GWO certification
• OGUK or USCG Medical
  , including Chester Step Test
• Eligible to work on a U.S.
  
  -flagged vessel (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder)
