- Maintain expert knowledge of QHSE best practices and legal requirements.
- Secure QHSE conformity through established processes and legal registers.
- Promote and support the development and implementation of Client's QHSE management systems.
- Take an initiative-driven approach to risk management.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through leading by example, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan, facilitate, and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, safety walks, and risk assessment workshops.
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and compliance audits (ISO 9001/14001/45001/55001).
- Review Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and monitor QHSE compliance and performance.
- Coordinate safety inspections and contribute to reporting and lessons learned initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc QHSE support as required.

- Client representatives and local regulators/authorities
- Contractors and site personnel
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in QHSE roles within relevant industries.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical background or QHSE-related academic qualification.
- Experience working with third-party contractors in a QHSE capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Synergi is a plus).
- NEBOSH, ASP/CSP, or other recognized QHSE qualifications (preferred).
- Auditor certification and experience in delivering QHSE training (desirable).
- Compliance with Global Wind Organization (GWO) Basic Safety Training and medical requirements.
Working Conditions
- Onshore and offshore work required, with flexible schedules based on project needs.
- Standard schedule: 5-day work week, 10-hour shifts (extended work weeks possible for offshore rotations).
Additional Information
- Required IT equipment provided by Client.
- Consultant must provide their own iPhone 6 or newer (or compatible Windows phone) for cybersecurity compliance.
- Client covers basic GWO and medical training, with additional helicopter escape/hoist training if needed.
