About the roleJoin a cross-functional automation and engineering team supporting complex manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. This role focuses on designing, integrating, and supporting controls systems from development through commercial scale.
Key Responsibilities- Design and support controls and electrical systems across manufacturing operations
- Develop and maintain automation using Delta
V, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs - Integrate equipment with MES, SCADA, and Historian systems
- Perform control loop tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Support automation from benchtop through commercial production
- Collaborate with process, IT, and validation teams in a GMP environment
- 10+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer in Pharma/Biotech (GMP)
- Strong hands-on experience with Delta
V, Allen Bradley, Siemens platforms - Proven system integration experience with MES/SCADA/Enterprise systems
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, valves, pumps, sensors, and automated equipment
- Exposure to cell and gene therapy manufacturing preferred
- Background with automated fluid handling systems is a plus
