Overview
Join us in this role where you’ll plan and prepare maintenance and corrective work on high‑voltage transmission assets, ensuring work is ready, safe to execute, and delivered with high quality and availability across our operations.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain short‑ and long‑term maintenance plans for HV transmission assets.
- Convert defects and requests into clear, executable work orders with defined scope and readiness.
- Prepare complete work packs including drawings, procedures, switching requirements, and safety documentation.
- Support outage and campaign planning in close collaboration with field engineers and authorized HV personnel.
- Ensure material, tooling, and service readiness to enable safe and efficient execution.
- Track plan versus actual performance and contribute to continuous improvement in planning quality.
- Have a technical education in an electrical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Bring experience planning or coordinating work within HV transmission, utilities, or offshore wind environments.
- Understand HV equipment, maintenance practices, and safety requirements.
- Be comfortable working with SAP PM or a similar maintenance management system.
- Work in a structured way, with strong attention to detail and risk‑based prioritization.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with offshore and onshore stakeholders.

SalaryPosition salary range: USD $ to USD $.
