Actalent is looking for a skilled Process Engineer to lead process development in manufacturing environments. The role involves improving techniques for electro-mechanical and cable harness assembly lines, transitioning products from initial builds to full production, and driving continuous improvement in quality alongside cost and delivery.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. This is a fully onsite position in Cranston, RI.
