Senior Electrical Engineer

As a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of electrical systems that meet the rigorous demands of aerospace and defense applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement electrical systems for defense and aerospace applications.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to integrate electrical systems with other subsystems.
• Lead robust design and review sessions to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical engineers and other team members.
• Continuously update and enhance electrical system designs based on test data and industry developments.
• Manage project timelines and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex engineering issues related to electrical systems.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in electrical engineering software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice)
• Expertise in digital and analog circuit design
• In-depth knowledge of EMC/EMI considerations for aerospace and defense applications
• Familiarity with military and aerospace standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, DO-254)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
