Lot Attendant:
Responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while providing exceptional hospitality services to all guests. May stack and retrieve vehicles, and uphold parking policy and procedures.
Hourly base pay: $17 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill.
Work ScheduleOpen availability.

Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff, and co‑workers; greet guests promptly using their last name.
- Remain accurate and composed under pressure; use proper phone etiquette and assist guests with directions and inquiries.
- Offer information about the surrounding area and main attractions; protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and secure financial data.
- Stack vehicles when necessary, following parking standards, secure keys, and retrieve vehicles carefully; drive slowly when delivering.
- Collect and reconcile revenue accurately; provide receipts; categorize tickets for audit; complete shift reports and follow bank operating procedures.
- Obtain event and rate information, secure guest keys, maintain claim checks and folio archives, and produce vehicle inventory for billing.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licensure, Certification, Etc.: Minimum 18 years of age; pass criminal background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Work Experience: One to three months of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Knowledge: Customer service.
- Skills: Preferred experience with customer service, register/computer usage, driving manual transmission and parallel parking, reading/writing English, basic math, and understanding time systems.
Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Lifting RequirementsOccasionally lift up to 100 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, or constantly up to 20 pounds.
Work EnvironmentWork is primarily outdoors for extended periods, subject to extreme heat, cold, and other weather conditions. Weather protection may be provided but is not guaranteed.
TravelTravel up to 5% of time may be required.
