Customer Service Rep
Overview
Towne Park seeks a Hospitality Services professional who can impact guests, patients, and team members through friendly, efficient service. The Parking Enforcement Attendant reports to the Account Manager and performs a variety of facility and revenue-control related tasks with a focus on customer service, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Patrol and monitor each lot to ensure that only authorized vehicles are parked.
- Enforce parking rules by issuing citations according to preapproved guidelines for non-paid or time-expired parkers.
- Manage lot signage, including taking down, repairing, and assembling signs.
- Maintain lot cleanliness by picking up trash, cleaning signage, and performing general lot maintenance.
- Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment when applicable.
- Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal (shoveling, salting, operation of snow thrower).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Work Experience:
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge &
Skills:
Excellent customer service, ability to operate and maintain revenue-control equipment, basic math, good written and verbal communication, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for extended periods; ability to operate a motor vehicle; initiative and sound judgment; ability to establish professional relationships with the public, agencies, and colleagues.

- Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment as needed.
- Travel up to 5% may be required.
Compensation: $17–$19 per hour plus commission. Work schedule is flexible;
Sundays may be required. Benefits: eligible for accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine insurance, and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, tenure, and hours worked. Seasonal/temporary roles may not be eligible for benefits.
