- Prospecting for clients as you build your practice through introduction-based activities.

- College degree or military equivalent is preferred.
- Sales or entrepreneurial experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience being a financial advisor/financial planner or IARs (Investment Advisory Representative) in the life and/or health field.
- Must have current FINRA Series 65 or 66 and 7 Securities Registration (65 preferred – Independent Advisor Representative). Life and health license.
- In-depth understanding of employer, industry and federal regulations.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, securities, and insurance industries.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience providing quality financial advice.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to assess clients’ needs.
- Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening.
- Effective sales, presentation and customer service skills.
- A program for new professionals with rate considerations as you grow your commission-base.
