Job OverviewSupport client service for multiple Financial Advisors, ensuring operational excellence and client advocacy. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service and education on bank offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing banking offerings and encouraging banking integration into daily practices.
- Support day-to-day team activities, covering roles during absences and seasonal peaks, while leading with a client-first mindset.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65 in lieu of 66). Licenses not currently held must be obtained within a specified timeframe if hired into a registered job code.
- Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Enthusiastic, self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling needs and delivering complex solutions.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $25.00 - $45.00 hourly, determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
Discretionary incentive:
