We are looking for an experienced Chief Finance Executive to lead our global financial strategy, operations, and governance. In this pivotal role, you will manage a variety of financial activities that are critical to our success, including driving strategy across both fiat and digital assets. You will oversee banking operations, financial reporting, forecasting, risk management, compliance, audits, and tax obligations. A significant aspect of the position involves leading treasury and asset management, which includes custody, yield, liquidity management, and administrating token vesting and unlock schedules.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in building financial models and scenario forecasts while working closely with our executive leadership to support company growth. We seek a professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership, particularly at the CFO or VP Finance level, and at least 5 years in crypto, Web3, or DeFi environments. Candidates should possess an in-depth understanding of treasury management, tokenomics, financial modeling, and compliance and audit standards in the EU and US.

We value entrepreneurial, strategic thinkers who thrive in fast-paced environments. While not mandatory, experience with crypto foundations or Swiss associations, as well as a background in fund management or DeFi investing, will be viewed favorably.
