This role will sit primarily in the office, but travel to the project job sites meeting with the project teams and subcontractors.

Location:

• Assists with pay applications
• Tracks and reviews receivables
• Reviews and processes accounts payable
• Ensures overall compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Provides accounting support for on‑site project management teams
• Assists with payroll functions, including adjustments and closings

• Experience/
  
  Education:
  
  Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively, listen to understand, and convey information clearly to all audiences

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
