As a Senior Associate in Real Estate Valuation, you will have the chance to collaborate with skilled accounting professionals across various essential functions, including accounting, auditing, advisory, and tax services for our diverse clientele. This position requires you to be present in one of our US office locations, contributing to a collaborative environment.

• Support audit, tax, and advisory teams in defining the work scope for real estate valuation projects.
• Analyze and review the physical and financial aspects of properties.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and observations for real estate analysis.
• Research and analyze real estate markets, economic factors, public records, and transaction data.
• Perform independent property appraisals for a variety of purposes, including estates, financial planning, and litigation.
• Assist audit teams in reviewing appraisals from third-party sources and validating their values and inputs.
• Participate in industry events, meetings, and recruitment activities as needed.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• 2 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to commute to one of our office locations. Depending on geographic factors and business needs, seasoned professionals with advanced credentials may have additional work location flexibility.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and computer proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe; familiarity with Argus is a plus but not mandatory.
• Candidates should be Certified General Appraisers or qualified to take the state licensing exam.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000. In addition to competitive base pay, Withum provides a robust benefits package and bonus program for eligible roles, based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts take into account various factors, including role specifics, location, and the candidate's qualifications.
