What You'll DoAs an Entry-Level Banker/Teller, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers by:
Welcoming customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
Assisting customers with account questions and everyday banking needs.
Educating customers on banking products and digital banking services.
Balancing your cash drawer and maintaining accurate records.
Following banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance standards.
Identifying opportunities to refer customers to other banking products and services.
Working collaboratively with teammates to create an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements/Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is a plus—but not required.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to pass a drug/background check.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays, depending on branch needs.
