Job Description & How to Apply Below
Annie Mac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full-time Pre-Closing Coordinator in a hybrid mortgage operations role, to be responsible for supporting loan files from initial opening through clear-to-close and closing preparation. This position combines loan-opening responsibilities with pre-closing coordination to ensure that required documentation, title work, insurance information, appraisal details, closing figures, and file contacts are accurate, complete, properly organized, and available as early as possible in the loan process.

The primary objective of this role is to prepare files for closing proactively, allowing processing, underwriting, and closing activities to move forward in parallel rather than waiting for each stage to be completed sequentially. By identifying missing or incomplete items early and maintaining consistent follow-up, the Pre-Closing Coordinator helps reduce closing delays, improve communication, and provides borrowers, loan officers, real estate agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders with well-organized and professional closing experience.

Under the direct supervision of Sales Leadership, the Pre-Closing Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job responsibilities:
