HavocAI is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to work across the finance organization and help build the financial infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing business.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role with exposure across FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, strategy, and business operations. You will partner with leaders across the company to develop financial plans, evaluate investments and commercial opportunities, build financial models, analyze performance, and provide the insights needed to support key business decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong finance and accounting fundamentals with sharp analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and a bias toward action. You should be comfortable moving between long-term strategic analysis and fast-turn, executive-level requests while operating effectively in a dynamic environment.
This role will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to evolve into a team leadership position as HavocAI continues to grow.
What You’ll Do Financial Planning & AnalysisPlay a key role in managing and continuously improving HavocAI’s monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes.
Develop forecasts and financial models across revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, component costs, capital structure, and other business drivers.
Analyze actual performance against plan, identify key drivers of variance, and develop actionable recommendations.
Build recurring and ad hoc reporting around financial performance, operating metrics, and KPIs.
Support the implementation and continued development of HavocAI’s FP&A systems and processes.
Partner with teams across the company to provide financial guidance on commercial opportunities, strategic initiatives, investments, and company-wide spending.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making, including potential M&A and corporate development opportunities.
Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
Develop high-quality analyses, presentations, and financial materials for executive audiences.
Build a deep understanding of HavocAI’s business, programs, cost structure, and key financial drivers.
Partner with Accounting on quarterly close and other recurring finance processes.
Help improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and systems as the organization scales.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across financial models, reporting, and executive deliverables.
5+ years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A, ideally including experience within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
Advanced financial modeling and business analysis skills.
Strong finance and accounting fundamentals.
Ability to analyze complex business problems, work with large amounts of information, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong data visualization and executive communication skills.
