• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
• Educate clients on hair care products and services, promoting retail sales effectively.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.

• Valid barbering license.
• Proven experience in a salon environment with strong skills in hair cutting and coloring.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self‑motivated.
• Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
