This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bedford,Ma for a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA). The Senior CRA will oversee the execution of clinical trials, including protocol adherence, site monitoring, data collection, and reporting. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical operations teams, ensuring compliance with clinical trial guidelines, coordinating with research sites, and managing study-related activities to achieve quality standards and project timelines.
Qualifications- Understanding and experience with Protocol development, compliance, and implementation
- Proficiency in Clinical Research Associates (CRA) processes and methodologies
- Experience in managing and monitoring Clinical Trials
- Strong background in Research and Clinical Operations
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant regulations such as GCP and ICH guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
