Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers

Requirements

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program

• Active PT license or eligibility for multi-state licensure

• 1+ year experience preferred (strong new grads welcome)

• Adaptable, organized, and patient-focused
