Location: Riverside, Barrington, and East Providence
Time Allocation: Clinical/Administrative split
Oversight: Lead nursing teams across three dynamic health center locations
- Direct Clinical Impact – Provide hands‑on clinical support
- Team Development – Mentor and develop the next generation of nursing professionals
- Strategic Influence – Partner directly with Director of Nursing, Medical Director, VP of Operations, and healthcare leadership
- Autonomy & Authority – Exercise independent judgment and decision‑making authority in clinical operations
- Expand Your Leadership Skills – Manage clinical operations across multiple care settings
- Quality Improvement Leadership – Drive initiatives that directly improve patient outcomes and develop policies and procedures to accomplish this
- Regulatory Expertise – Master compliance with HRSA, RIDOH, Joint Commission, and NCQA standards
- Program Oversight – Lead vaccine and medication management programs
- Predictable Schedule – Standard health center hours with only occasional evening/weekend coverage

- Promote Equity – Ensure culturally responsive, age‑appropriate care for all patients
Education & Licensure
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active RN License (Rhode Island)
- Current BLS Certification
Experience
- 3+ years in community health, acute care, or emergency/urgent care settings
- Proven experience coordinating care with primary care providers
- Supervisory or management experience
- Clinical Excellence – Strong clinical judgment and evidence‑based decision‑making
- Leadership Presence – Natural ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
- Communication Skills – Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative Spirit – Comfortable working independently and within interdisciplinary teams
- Detail‑Oriented – Meticulous about documentation, compliance, and quality standards
- Problem‑Solver – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
