Hasbro Children’s Hospital, a teaching hospital of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, has an exciting opportunity for a pediatric psychologist working with medical inpatient children and adolescents experiencing co-occurring psychiatric disorders. This is the chance to join a world-class, multi-disciplinary program.

• Treat adolescents in a 16-bed inpatient unit
• Care primarily for patients with co-existing medical and psychiatric disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams developing behavior plans and provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Multidisciplinary team is comprised of pediatricians, child psychiatrists, psychologists, an advanced practice psychiatric nurse, social workers, pediatric nurses, mental health workers, and nutritionists
• Opportunity to teach and provide supervision
• Collaborative research opportunities

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Child Psychology
• Licensed or license-eligible in Rhode Island
• Desire to work in a team-based care model
• Experience working in an inpatient setting
• Bring a passion for helping youth with medical and psychiatric issues
• Good sense of humor and a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality
