- Location: Providence, RI

- Setting: Outpatient
- Start date: ASAP
- Preferred schedule: Flexible - Clinic is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Background and Certifications required: Certified FNP/PA, Active RI License and active DEA
- Call: No on call
- EMR: eClinical Works
- Compensation: $65-72/hr - Commensurate on experience (room for negotiation)
- Other: Occupational Health experienced preferred, DOT Certified
