FSRI is looking for candidates who want to make a positive impact on the community. The Administrative Coordinator operates within FSRI and is responsible for providing a warm, welcoming environment for all people receiving our services. The Administrative Coordinator ensures individuals and families are connected with counseling services using evidence-based clinical practices and interventions, aligned with the person’s values, preferences, and individualized needs.
As part of the team, this role shares responsibility for directing, coordinating, and managing care and services.
- Provide a welcoming environment for clients and connect them with counseling services.
- Coordinate care and services, working with clinical teams to ensure access and timeliness.
- Support implementation of evidence-based practices and client-centered interventions.
- Participate in team efforts to direct, coordinate, and manage care and services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with electronic systems and EMR
- Ability to model professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service
- Understanding of health insurance and program funding
- Flexibility to include some evenings
- Prior experience in behavioral health and/or substance use settings preferred
- Bilingual/ASL skills compensated by an additional 6% above base pay
- Multilingual skills compensated by an additional 8% above base pay
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Travel to clients’ residences, community locations and office sites (may involve stairs and/or elevators)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
