The Director of Nursing Services must be a registered nurse in the state of Rhode Island. He/she is responsible for the clinical aspects of the home care agency. Responsibilities include facilitating intake, developing Plans of Care, supervising and training caregivers, and conducting in-home assessments with plan review. The candidate should be familiar with home care licensing regulations, standards of care, and other federal and state laws pertaining to home care.
The position offers a flexible schedule, minimal administrative tasks, and per diem options are acceptable.
