Position Summary:
Participate as a leader and active team‑member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services ponsible for clinical oversight of assigned intensive service programs including services provided by a Designated Collaborating Organization (DCO). Coordinates client care for clients accessing DCO services. Supports a trauma‑informed, client and family‑centered philosophy of care and ensures mission is implemented throughout FSRI and Partner Agencies.
Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidence‑based models of treatment. Participates in on‑call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.
- Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required.
- Licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor.
- Clinical supervision experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in professional writing.
- Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word‑processing, and database software programs.
- Spanish speaking preferred and compensated.
- Flexible schedule, some evenings.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual/ASL skills compensated by an additional 6% above base pay.
- Multilingual skills compensated by an additional 8% above base pay.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and auto insurance.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Travel to and from clients’ residences and community locations, including use of walkways, stairs, and/or elevators.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
