Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pharmacy technicians and technicians specialists on the Oncology and Sterile Compounding team;
Ensure cleanliness of the clean room and that sterile compounding is performed under pharmacist supervision;
Orient, train, and assign work to pharmacy technicians in accordance with SOPs and standards;
Support inventory management and ensure proper storage of drugs and ancillary supplies;
Participate in ongoing quality assurance, continuous improvement, and staff development
