May telephone or visit new admissions to ascertain patient's dietary preferences, and to obtain new menus preferences as patient's prescribed diet is changed throughout the day.;
Prepares, assembles and delivers patient meal trays.;
Verbal communication of patient concerns with the clinical dietitian.;
Maintains quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control per policies.
