Prepare, formulate, and package medications including hazardous substances, controlled substances, and other pharmaceutical supplies under the supervision of a pharmacist;
Enter pertinent patient/customer data into pharmacy systems to ensure accurate charging, insurance billing, and co-pay processing;
Assist patients/customers with questions regarding medications, costs, and insurance; communicate wait times and drug availability;
Provide high quality customer service and refer complex questions to the pharmacist on duty;
Rotate to all applicable work assignments and shifts as needed; assist with inventory management and coordination of services
