Position SummaryParticipate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services ponsible for supervising community service programs such as DCYF contracted Trauma Systems Therapy teams and providing licensing supervision to masters level clinicians. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment.
Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.
- Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required.
- Independent license required.
- Required to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
- Proficiency in professional writing
- Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
- Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
- Flexible schedule with some evenings
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
- Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
