The Providence Center is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS) to provide peer support, advocate for consumers, and connect individuals with resources to promote recovery. The PRS will work with multidisciplinary Integrated Health Home teams to identify barriers, support goals, and coordinate care, while mentoring clients and facilitating wellness activities.
This role emphasizes recovery-based coaching, engagement with clinicians, and tracking outcomes to improve health and well-being.
