Qualifications:
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Rhode Island (or eligibility)
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred, though strong new grads are welcome
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy services to support students academic and functional success
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
