Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Providence, RI
Help patients rebuild strength, mobility, and independence through hands‑on, meaningful care. We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Providence, RI.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Assist patients in improving mobility, function, and daily living skills
- Document patient progress and treatment responses accurately
- Support patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status to the supervising PT and care team
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active PTA license or eligibility to obtain in Rhode Island
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical support skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
