Patient Ambassador

This is a part-time contract role. It is perfect for people who care about helping others in recovery and want to be part of their community.

• Talk to patients at treatment centers about Dynami Care's services
• Build trust with people in recovery by being respectful and kind
• Explain the benefits of our program and answer simple questions
• Help patients connect with our Admissions Team, usually by phone
• Work well with clinic staff to keep a professional environment
• Track your work hours accurately by checking in and out at each location

• Good communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to connect with many different types of people
• Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing your time
• Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or peer support is a plus

• Personal experience in addiction recovery
• Existing connections within local recovery groups, clinics, or sober living homes in the state of Rhode Island.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and security screening
• Must be able to work in person at clinic locations
• Must have a car to drive to clinics, rehab centres, and other healthcare locations.
• Must live within 25 miles of Providence, Rhode Island.

• Part-time contract job
• Flexible hours
• Maximum of 20 hours per week
• You will track your hours by checking in and out at each site

• A first interview to see if you are a good fit for the role
• A final interview with the CEO, Clinical VP, and an Account Manager
