Laboratory Supervisor Microbiology/Molecular
We re currently hiring a Laboratory Supervisor for our Microbiology and Molecular lab in Providence, RI. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary range of $80,000 $ 95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day operations in the Microbiology and Molecular lab
- Mentor and develop staff to enhance team performance
- Ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in lab operations
- Contribute to training programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in microbiology bench
- ASCP certification is preferred
