Spire Orthopedic Partners, an MSO, seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for Providence, RI. The role involves evaluating and treating upper extremity orthopedic and neurological injuries, with a focus on hand therapy.

• Implement progressive evidence‑based manual therapy, pain science, and functional movement patterns on upper extremities.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations in compliance with state law.
• Develop treatment plans and supervise occupational therapist assistants and support staff.
• Evaluate and treat upper extremity orthopedic and neurological injuries, especially hand therapy.

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Rhode Island state Occupational Therapist license.
• CPR certification.
