United Tissue Network is looking for a Donor Services Representative, this position will serve as the primary contact for the donor and is responsible for overall donor satisfaction. The Donor Services Representative is expected to provide case management services to the donor families, excellent customer service, build donor relationships, represent donor needs and goals to the team, and encourage new and repeat donations.
This position is an 8-hour shift and will include the need for weekends on occasion (mandatory). The weekends will be on a rotating schedule. United Tissue Network is a whole-body tissue Nonprofit 501(c)(3) company.

- General administrative duties, understanding of fax, copy scan, file, MS Office, call routing, etc.
- Work with inside and outside clients to establish relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Primary point of contact to assist families through all phases of the donation process.
- Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and donor expectations are met.
- Understands company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the donor.
- Helps communicate the donor's goals and represents the donor's interests to the team.
- Educates the hospice/healthcare community about United Tissue Network's program.
- Primary point of contact for all phases of the donation process.
- Metrics are used with this position to gauge productivity.
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8am - 4:30pm with On-call rotation - Job Type: Full-time
Must be comfortable talking about whole body donation and turning maybe's into yes's
