Shift: 8:15am – 3:00pm

Schedule:

Monday required; additional days flexible per your availability

• $20.00/hr — paid weekly, direct deposit
• Shifts run 8:15am–3:00pm, so you're home when it matters most

• Support individuals with daily living activities — personal care, mobility, meals, and dressing — with patience and consistency
• Help the people you support connect with their community through social activities, relationship-building, and skill development
• Encourage independence by teaching practical life skills and supporting personal, educational, and vocational goals
• Keep accurate, timely records of care provided, health observations, and progress toward individual goals
• Stay in close communication with your team, families, and care providers — including a clear handoff at the end of every shift
