The Providence Center in Providence, RI, seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting and to conduct intake assessments for proper placement and care coordination.
You will develop and monitor treatment plans, perform assessments, coordinate with the clinical team, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. RI licensure is required and 1–3 years of outpatient experience is preferred.
